You will have to find the firewall program in the list and uncheck the box. To do this you can disable the service by going to Start, typing in MSCONFIG and then clicking on the Services tab. So it is best to first try to disable those third party firewalls. Many antivirus programs now come with built in firewalls. Method 1 – Disable any third party firewall programs. If you open your Network and Sharing Center and see the image below and the screen says Unidentified Network and No Internet Access and you cannot connect to the Internet these steps are meant for you to try.
